As the daughter of the owner, Michael Enders, Mary Leigh has been a part of MSI since she could answer phones. After earning her degree in Business and Public Policy from Young Harris College in May 2017, she stepped into the role of Operating Partner at MSI. In this capacity, Mary Leigh was responsible for implementing MSI’s new Intern Program, managing marketing and sales, and overseeing the company’s back-office operations. She has also dedicated significant time to working with clients, gaining hands-on experience, and assisting with the development of management systems.

Mary Leigh has now transitioned to the role of President of MSI, where she continues to drive the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence, building on her extensive experience and deep understanding of the business.

Heidi has been an invaluable asset to MSI, working professionally with clients in various roles over the past five years and building a reputation as a hardworking and efficient employee. She began her journey with MSI as an intern during her senior year at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she studied Communications and assisted with day-to-day operations. After graduation, she accepted a full-time position, focusing on developing MSI’s marketing strategies, handling administrative tasks, and conducting client outreach.

With her promotion to Operations Manager, Heidi is excited to expand her role, working directly with industry-wide procedures and documentation. In her new position, she is dedicated to fostering the company's growth both internally and externally, leveraging her experience and expertise to drive MSI’s continued success.

Alec, one of our longest-standing employees, has been an integral part of MSI for over six years, showcasing exceptional talents across multiple industries. His tenacity and willingness to embrace new challenges make him an ideal leader for ventures in aerospace, cyber, and environmental work. More than just a disciplined worker, Alec infuses every project with fresh perspectives and a vibrant personality.

With a decade of industry-related expertise spanning Aerospace Manufacturing and Cybersecurity, Rose surpasses the expectations of a qualified professional. As a former Quality Manager, she has a deep understanding of the importance of detail-oriented processes and oversight in implementing standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100, ITAR, and NADCAP. 

 

Throughout her career, Rose has also assisted organizations in securing and maintaining government contracts (DoD) and adhering to the associated requirements. Her experience provides valuable insights to benefit our clients.

Since joining our team just over a year ago, Angie has infused our company and clients with enthusiasm and determination. She is currently completing her initial Project Management certification with the Project Management Institute, a qualification that will greatly benefit our clients.

Angie has revitalized our LinkedIn and other social media platforms, transforming them into dynamic sources of information about our services and industry updates. Additionally, she assists our clients in optimizing their QMS, operations and supports those needing to comply with CMMC and other cybersecurity regulations.

Brittany Boyer-Ciesla is a skilled marketing and administrative professional with a B.A. in Media Communications from Young Harris College. She has extensive experience in digital marketing, social media management, creative design, and data analysis. At Martinsburg College, Brittany led student acquisition efforts through engaging content and effective campaigns, earning recognition as Marketing Associate of the Year in 2020.

 

At MSI, Brittany will be developing the company’s marketing outreach while assisting clients in meeting their objectives, auditing, and compliance. Her strengths in content creation, CRM systems, and leadership make her a results-driven, creative problem solver.

Starting his career in 1972 in Quality Assurance program development, training, and management, Michael Enders has contributed to a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical devices, and energy. He specializes in developing and implementing Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and has extensive experience establishing these systems internationally, in locations such as Hong Kong, China, Australia, and Mexico. Trained as an Assessor for ISO 9000 quality management systems, Michael has developed and delivered training programs for consultants and internal employees in both the United States and Hungary. Leveraging all ISO management system standards, he actively collaborates with numerous companies on the development and improvement of their management systems.

Now enjoying a soft entry into retirement, Michael fills his time with travel, tending to his yard, and exploring the art of glass fusing, while his daughter, Mary Leigh, leads MSI into a new era as President.

Since graduating from UCONN in 2015, Samantha has amassed over seven years of engineering experience. Her expertise spans from meticulous planning to the implementation of regulations and processes. She has worked directly with government requirements and has extensive experience in applying ITAR, NADCAP, and Quality Assurance protocols.

 

Sam is currently pursuing a Master of Science at the University of New Haven, focusing on enhancing her expertise in engineering standards and regulations. This advanced degree will enable her to further specialize in ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, broadening her professional qualifications.
